System Training and Set Up:

System Training and Set Up annual service packs are not a requirement, and can be purchased at any time. The BR Caddie software is designed to be easily set up and administered without assistance, but we understand that there are situations that may require extra attention or times when you may not have the resources necessary. For those situations we want to be able to help.

Silver Service Package – $200:

  • 2 One-hour Webinars – Can be used for site usage training and roll out.
  • 2 Hours – Administrator assistance in training and set up.

    • Coordinating and scheduling staff training and training usage
    • Claims Management, Certificate Tracking, Contract Management assistance
    • Setting up shared document library
    • Running reports for your administrators

Platinum Service Package – $1200:

  • 4 One-hour Webinars – Can be used for site usage training and roll out.
  • 6 Hours – Administrator training and set up.
  • 20 Hours of Executive Administrative Support throughout the year. Can include assistance with:
    • Adding/deleting locations and staff members
    • Coordinating and scheduling staff training and training usage
    • Claims Management, Certificate Tracking, Contract Management assistance
    • Setting up shared document library
    • Running reports for your administrators
